Refund policy

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns on change of mind.  For this reason, we advise you choose carefully.  However, if your item arrives in a faulty condition we will may issue a refund or replacement.  In this instance, please contact us at panelandpostshop@gmail.com within seven days.  Tell us what the problem is and attach photos or videos of all parts delivered, both product and all packaging, as we may not be able to assist without these items.

Please understand that we are not responsible for items that become broken or damaged in transit.
